Barricade Boys to play Christmas season at The Other Palace

Les Misérables’ inspired male vocal group The Barricade Boys will play a festive three-week season at The Other Palace this December.

The brainchild of Scott Garnham and his business partner Simon Schofield, the group was first launched in 2015 with plans to feature male singers who all had one thing in common – they had appeared in productions of the record-breaking and award-winning Les Misérables.

Running from 5-23 December, The Other Palace show will feature: Garnham (Billy Elliot The Musical, UK tour, Grand Hotel, Southwark Playhouse); Schofield (Puttin’ on the Ritz, UK tour, The Sound of Music, London Palladium) along with Kieran Brown (The Phantom of the Opera, Her Majesty’s, Wicked, Apollo Victoria) and Craig Mather (The Wind in the Willows, London Palladium). Special guests will be announced at a later date.

The quartet will take to the stage in The Barricade Boys Christmas Cabaret, a night of Christmas classics including ‘White Christmas’, ‘Winter Wonderland’ and ‘Santa Claus is Coming to Town’. James Doughty will be the show’s musical supervisor with Noam Galperin as musical director. Produced by Sisco Entertainment Ltd, the press night will be on 7 December.
