Off-Broadway and YouTube star Christina Bianco will be premiering her new festive show O Come, All Ye Divas at the Charing Cross Theatre in December.
The American vocal impressionist billed as ‘the girl of a thousand voices’ will be bringing her own mix of music and comedy back to the capital for 15 performances from 20 December.
A star of Forbidden Broadway in New York and London, Bianco captured the imagination of YouTube viewers with her ‘Diva’ impressions. With a repertoire that includes legendary performers such as Barbra Streisand, Shirley Bassey and Edith Piaf and newer stars including Idina Menzel, Adele and Ariana Grande, Bianco will add her own distinctive spin to some Christmas classics.
Bianco made her West End debut in Forbidden Broadway at the Vaudeville Theatre in 2014 and recently completed a well-received UK tour of her one-woman show, Me Myself and Everyone Else.
Presented by Steven M. Levy, Sean Sweeney and Vaughan Williams, the creative team for O Come, All Ye Divas includes musical director Joe Louis Robinson, lighting designer Chris Randall and sound designer Andy Johnson.
