Bill Kenwright’s production of Evita is to return to next year for another major UK tour. The revival of Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber’s much-loved musical last toured the country three years ago ahead of a successful London run at the Dominion Theatre in the autumn of 2014.

Directed by Bob Tomson and Kenwright, the production is designed by Matthew Wright and choreographed by Bill Deamer.
The tour will begin in Bromley at the Churchill Theatre from Thursday 12 – Saturday 14 January 2017 before heading for Southampton’s Mayflower Theatre (Tuesday 17 – Saturday 21 January); Liverpool Empire Theatre (Tuesday 24 – Saturday 28 January); Regent Theatre, Stoke-on-Trent (Tuesday 31 January – Saturday 4 February); Playhouse Theatre, Edinburgh (Tuesday 7 – Saturday 11 February); Bristol Hippodrome (Tuesday 14 – Saturday 18 February); New Wimbledon Theatre (Tuesday 21 – Saturday 25 February); New Theatre, Oxford (Tuesday 7 – Saturday 11 March); The Lowry, Salford Quays (Tuesday 14 – Saturday 18 March); New Theatre, Cardiff (Monday 20 – Saturday 25 March); Grand Opera House, York (Tuesday 28 March – Saturday 1 April) and Sunderland Empire (Tuesday 25 – Sunday 30 April).
