Former soap stars Natalie Anderson and Michael Greco are among the cast for Exposure the Musical – Life Through a Lens which will receive its world premiere at London’s St James Theatre in July.
Ex-Emmerdale regular Anderson and one-time EastEnder Greco will join David Albury, Andy Barke, Rhiannon Duncan, Zeph Gould, Kurt Kansley, Stevie Mahoney, Niamh Perry, Cassie Rogers, Lauren Stroud, Jahrel Thomas, Manny Tsakanika and Ella-Rose Whitehouse in the cast of the show which will run from 16 July until 27 August.
The story of a young photographer commissioned to find and shoot examples of the seven deadly sins in modern day London, Exposure the Musical – Life Through a Lens has a book by Mike Dyer, with Quentin Russell serving as script consultant and Phil Willmott directing and providing the dramaturgy.
Dyer has also written the lyrics and music with co-writers Philip Cohen, Vince Hudson, Fred Johanson, Clayton Moss, Charles Olins, Sara Eker Peller, Mark Street and Adrian Wyatt.
A unique partnership with the world-famous Getty Images has allowed the production access to an extensive photographic collection to add authenticity to the staging.
The creative team also includes choreographer Lindon Barr with set and video design by Timothy Bird, costume design by Carla Goodman, lighting design by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Ben Harrison, musical direction by Mark Collins and casting by Anne Vosser.
