I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change to return to London

Simon Lipkin, Julie Atherton, Samuel Holmes and Gina Beck reprise their roles in I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change

The critically acclaimed revival of long-running off-Broadway musical I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change is returning for two performances in London in August.

Reuniting the cast that helped the production win a nomination for Best Revival in last year’s Broadway World Awards, the show will play an afternoon and evening performance at the Arts Theatre on 15 August.

Simon Lipkin, currently starring as Nathan Detroit in Guys and Dolls, will be joined by Gina Beck, one of the stars of Daniel Evans’ acclaimed production of Show Boat which recently transferred into the West End.

Presented by Hartshorn-Hook Productions, the show also features Julia Atherton (Kate Monster in the original cast of Avenue Q) and Samuel Holmes who is soon to be seen as George in the national tour of The Wedding Singer.

Written by Joe DiPietro and Jimmy Roberts, the revue-style show will be directed by Kirk Jameson who most recently presented the London premiere of The Great American Trailer Park at Waterloo East.

The creative team also includes Sam Spencer-Lane (musical staging) and musical director Scott Morgan.
