Les Misérables-inspired male vocal group The Barricade Boys will begin their UK tour at Windsor Theatre Royal on Thursday 14 February 2019.
The extensive tour, also including dates in the US in April, will visit Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Birmingham, Walsall, Runcorn, Consett, Blackburn, Doncaster, Radlett, Coventry, York, Darlington, Colchester, Southend, Dorking, Aylesbury, Retford, Bolton, Bromley, Poole, Winchester, Chesham, Malvern, Hastings, Hereford and Grimsby.
The brainchild of Scott Garnham (Billy Elliot The Musical, Made In Dagenham) and his business partner Simon Schofield (Oliver! Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), the group was first launched in 2015 with plans to feature male singers who all had one thing in common – they had appeared in productions of the record-breaking and award-winning Les Misérables.
Showcasing actors who have played nearly every major role in musical theatre, The Barricade Boys have played sell-out shows in the West End and appeared on Broadway.
