A host of leading West End stars will feature in the Box Office Radio VIP Musicals Weekender in Torquay in Devon early next year.
Over 20 artists will appear over the three-day event which will turn the seaside town’s Riviera Hotel into a haven for musical theatre fans from 19-22 January 2024.
The line-up will include Kerry Ellis, Lee Mead, Lucie Jones, Rob Houchen, Alice Fearn, Cassidy Janson, Michael D Xavier, Rachel John, Emma Kingston and Kelly Mathieson, with musical theatre drag act Kara Van-Park, along with tributes to hit shows Jersey Boys and Mamma Mia!.
Announcing the event, Box Office Radio’s owner Josh Haywood said: “We are thrilled to be hosting this amazing event, bringing together some of the West End’s brightest names for a weekend of non-stop musical theatre entertainment. We’ve limited numbers, as we want to create a VIP environment so guests feel exclusive and can get up close to the action, something you can’t do at the bigger events. The VIP Weekender is a must for any musical theatre fan!”
Tickets for the event will cover five sessions of live entertainment along with dinner, bed and breakfast.
Launched in 2020, Box Office Radio taps into the public’s love affair with musical theatre and musical movies with a playlist packed with songs from the musicals new and old. Available online, on mobiles and on smart speakers.
