Multi-award-winning American star Darren Criss will return to London for a special one-night-only concert at the Royal Albert Hall this autumn.
The Emmy, Golden Globe, Critics’ Choice and Screen Actors Guild Award winner who made his West End debut at the London Palladium in 2024 will take to the stage of another iconic London venue on 18 October.
Presented by Lambert Jackson, Darren Criss – Live At The Royal Albert Hall will be part concert, part celebration and part personal scrapbook featuring a mix of the songs, stories and performances that have defined Criss’ career.
The actor who made his Broadway debut in the revival of How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying, is known for his Primetime Emmy Award-winning performance as murderer Andrew Cunanan in The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story and the role of Blaine Anderson in hit series Glee.
Criss most recently starred in the critically acclaimed and Tony Award-winning original Broadway musical Maybe Happy Ending. The actor’s portrayal of Oliver earned him his first Tony Award win for Best Performance by an Actor in a Musical. He also received a Tony Award win for Best Musical as a co-producer.
A founding member of Chicago-based theatre production company StarKid Productions, Criss is also an advocate for LGBT rights and is the recipient of Variety’s Power of Youth Philanthropy Award for his contributions to the Trevor Project.
