
Eleanor Walsh and Jerome Pradon in Aspects of Love
Madalena Alberto and Eleanor Jackson will complete the cast for the London transfer of Hope Mill Theatre’s hit version of Aspects of Love early next year.
One of the Southwark Playhouse’s final productions at its current Newington Causeway site, the London run of Aspects of Love will star most of those who appeared in the critically acclaimed Manchester production.
Alberto (Evita, Dominion Theatre, UK and international tours; Cats, London Palladium) and Jackson (Medea, Bristol Old Vic; Great Again, Vaults Festival) will join returning cast member include: Kelly Price as Rose Vibert, Felix Mosse as Alex Dillingham, Jerome Pradon as George Dillingham, Minal Patel as Marcel Richard and Eleanor Walsh as Jenny Dillingham. The cast will also feature Julia J Nagle, Jason Kajdi and Jack Churms.
Running from 7 January until 9 February 2019, director Jonathan O’Boyle’s production re-works the hit West End and Broadway show for a smaller more intimate space.
Produced by Katy Lipson for Aria Entertainment and Hope Mill Theatre with Jim Kierstead, the creative for the production includes musical direction by Richard Bates, choreography by Sam Spencer-Lane, design by Jason Denvir, lighting design by Aaron J Dootson, sound design by James Nicholson and casting by Jane Deitch.
Based on the novel by David Garnett with music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Don Black and Charles Hart, 2019 marks 30 years since the original production of Aspects of Love which premiered at the Prince of Wales Theatre in 1989.
