New musical Soho Boy opens in London before Edinburgh Fringe dates

New London-set musical Soho Boy will open at the Drayton Arms in May before heading to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in August.

Written and composed by Paul Emelion Daly, the musical which charts the joys and perils of moving to London will play the Old Brompton Road venue from 24 May until 4 June 2022.

Director Matt Strachan heads a creative team that includes musical director Aaron Clingham, designer David Shields, choreographer Robbie O’Reilly, with lighting by Richard Lambert, video design by Daniel McKeown and casting by Anne Vosser.

Produced by Richard Lambert/LAMBCO Productions, the production’s cast will be announced at a later date.
