West End Wilma Awards 2015 – winners revealed

The second annual West End Wilma Awards have taken place at The Hippodrome Casino, Leicester Square.

Theatre blogger West End Wilma is everyone’s favourite nana in Theatreland – running around the West End interviewing stars and reviewing as many shows as she can fit in to her busy OAP lifestyle. Wilma was awarded the 2014 Ticketmaster Blog of the Year Award and is always engaged with the theatre world through social media.

West End Wilma and her team of reviewers shortlisted the nominees in each category from their combined opinions on the past 12 months of theatre. Those shortlisted were put to the public vote at www.westendwilma.com.

Host for the ceremony was producer, director and performer Tim McArthur. Artists who performed during the ceremony included Gina Beck (singing an original song from composer Alexander Bermange) and Evelyn Hoskins.
