Broadway and recording artist Shoshana Bean will return to London to perform her fourth studio album Spectrum live at Cadogan Hall on 9 September 2018.
Presented by Club 11 London and featuring an 18-piece band, the show will feature the popular star and special guests performing tracks from the album.
With arrangements by Grammy Award nominee Alan Ferber, the album promises a fresh new take on the classic tradition of big band music.
Inspired by the work of legendary stars including Frank Sinatra, Aretha Franklin and Barbra Streisand, Bean’s collection of haunting originals and re-worked contemporary hits and classics was released last month.
An original cast member of the Tony Award-winning Hairspray on Broadway, the American star was the first to take over the role of Elphaba in the original Broadway production of Wicked.
More recently she played CeeCee Bloom in the musical version of Beaches in Chicago and gave an award-winning performance as Fanny Brice in a New England production of Funny Girl.
