Collabro to take final bow with farewell UK tour

Acclaimed musical theatre vocal group Collabro will take to the road for the final time in December. After eight triumphant years, the 2014 Britain’s Got Talent champions will say goodbye by visiting venues across the UK from 29 November until 16 December 2022.

Featuring Michael Auger, Jamie Lambert, Matthew Pagan and Thomas J. Redgrave, Collabro – The Farewell Tour will open at Sheffield City Hall (29 November) before heading for Carlisle (The Sands Centre, 1 December), Plymouth (Plymouth Pavilions, 4 December), Newcastle (O2 City Hall, 6 December), Manchester (The Bridgewater Hall, 9 December), Blackpool (Blackpool Opera House, 10 December), Edinburgh (Usher Hall, 11 December), London (Adelphi Theatre, 13 December), Birmingham (Town Hall, 14 December) and Bath (The Forum, 15 December). The group will take a final bow at Portsmouth Guildhall on 16 December.

Announcing the tour, Collabro said: “We are so incredibly grateful to have been allowed to do what we love for eight years, and the fans are to thank for that. Their constant support and love have meant that we have travelled the world singing, and we can’t thank them enough. We are really excited to travel around the UK in December with a spectacular show, which we feel is the most fitting way to say goodbye.”

Previously announced as the festive Collabro – Christmas is Here tour, Collabro – The Farewell Tour is presented by Lambert Jackson (the musical theatre production company founded by Collabro’s Lambert and Eliza Jackson), Cuffe & Taylor and Live Nation.

The tour will follow the release of Collabro’s seventh studio album ‘Be Still My Soul’ on 7 October and will feature a mix of Christmas classics and Collabro musical theatre favourites.

After winning the ITV talent show in 2014, Collabro have played five sell-out UK tours, headlined at prestigious venues including the London Palladium and the Royal Albert Hall and released six top-selling albums and chalked up two million record sales.
