Stars from across the West End and Broadway are supporting a new online series set up to support LGBTQ and vulnerable young people.
Music director Benjamin Rauhala, journalist William J Connolly and Darren Bell for concert promoters Club 11 London have launched Theatre Camp: Live! – a daily online discussion series and charity fundraiser.
Launching this week, stars who have already joined in the conversations include: Broadway leading lady and double Tony-nominee Laura Osnes and Glee star and Broadway Elphaba in Wicked, Lindsay Heather Pierce.
With all conversations to be held on InstaLive by Rauhaula and Connolly, the conversations will support Covenant House (a charity caring for homeless and trafficked youth in 31 cities across six countries) and confidential helpline Switchboard LGBT+.
The stage stars already pledging their support for the series include Lindsay Heather Pearce, Isaac Cole Powell, Nicole Raquel Dennis, Nick Adams, Rachel Tucker, Genesis Lynea, Jessica Vosk, NinaWest, Ariana DeBose, Matthew Lopez, Marisha Wallace, Caroline Bowman, Aimie Atkinson, Vinegar Strokes, Robert Colvin, Alexandra Silber, Jacqueline Hughes, Julia Murney, Susan Egan, Jodie Jacobs, Darren + Michael Vinsen-Carnall, Hiba Elchikhe, Rebecca Lock, Joe McElderry, Mars Rucker, Arun Blair-Mangat, Hannah Waddingham, Christina Bianco, Philippe Touzel, Alex Thomas-Smith and Joseph Fletcher.
