The Bard SummerScape production of Oklahoma! made its debut at St. Ann’s Warehouse in New York, before arriving on Broadway where the production won the 2019 Tony Award for Best Musical Revival.

Re-orchestrated and re-imagined for the 21st century, Fish’s version of Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein’s first musical, features orchestrations, arrangements and music supervision by Daniel Kluger, choreography by John Heginbotham, scenic design by Lael Jellinek and Grace Laubacher, costume design by Terese Wadden, lighting design by Scott Zielinski, sound design by Drew Levy and projection design by Joshua Thorson, with co.music supervision and additional vocal arrangements by Nathan Koci.

Based on the 1939 play Green Grow the Lilacs by Lynn Riggs, Oklahoma! was first seen on Broadway in 1943. The production featured original choreography by Agnes de Mille. First seen in the West End in 1947, the musical was famously made into an Oscar-winning 1955 film. The enduringly popular musical has been revived on Broadway and in the West End numerous times.
