Lambert Jackson and the Theatre Café have announced an encore run for their popular Leave A Light On online concert series from the middle of next month.
A total of 70 performances featuring a host of West End favourites including Zoe Birkett, Jordan Luke Gage, David Hunter, Cassidy Janson, Lucie Jones, Beverley Knight and Layton Williams will be re-streamed on stream.theatre from 15 March until 24 April 2021.
Announcing the return of the lockdown initiative which was launched within hours of the curtains falling across Theatreland last year, Lambert Jackson Productions’ Jamie Lambert and Eliza Jackson said: “Leave a Light On was born out of the pandemic and the industry’s closure – we wanted to provide artists with the opportunity for paid work, and were thrilled we were able to support almost 80 performers across the two series.
“We’re incredibly proud of both series and the sheer quality of these at-home concerts, so are delighted to be able to share many of these performances with audiences again!”
Full schedules for the re-streams will be released weekly and available to view:

Launched by Lambert Jackson in partnership with the Theatre Café in March 2020 as a way to keep actors in paid work during the theatre closures, the 10-week run of the Leave A Light On series of intimate piano concerts streamed live featured popular artists each performing 45-minute concerts from their homes.
Dedicated to producing musical theatre-themed shows, Lambert Jackson responded to the Covid closedown with a number of initiatives including virtual productions of the musicals The Last Five Years, First Date; [title of show], I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change and Songs For A New World.
Songs For A New World also became the first musical to return to the West End following the easing of the first lockdown with performances at the London Palladium. It is hoped the production will play another West End season when restrictions allow.
