First to compare notes, Kim Criswell

Writer and broadcaster Edward Seckerson will launch a new series of musical theatre themed shows at Pizza Express Live Holborn on Sunday (10 September).

Part of the star-studded launch season line-up at restaurant chain Pizza Express’ latest London entertainment venue, Comparing Notes will feature a mix of conversation and vocal performances.

Seckerson will interview his guests about their life, careers and working processes and the guest star will sing a selection of their favourite songs with piano accompaniment.

The series will launch this weekend with stage and concert singer Kim Criswell (Cats, Carrie) followed by Evening Standard Emerging Talent award winner Tyrone Huntley (Jesus Christ Superstar, Dreamgirls) on Sunday 24 September and fellow rising musical theatre star Emma Williams (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Half a Sixpence).

Designed to allow the audience to get close to some of the biggest names in entertainment, Pizza Express Live Holborn launched at the end of August promising eclectic programming that will include a wide range of music genres, cabaret, comedy, and ‘audience with’ Q&A sessions.
